A newer addition to Manchester's coffee scene, Silk City Coffee is quickly becoming a favorite for freshly brewed java. Open since October 2016, this cafe is owned by two local couples looking to bring the community together over a cup o’ joe. That said, Silk City is much more than just a coffee shop. They aim to donate back to local community organizations, and they even have an encouragement board for people to share their needs and have them met by local friends.
Silk City's expertly roasted beans result in smooth brews, and some Yelp reviewers even make a 40-minute drive just for a cup. They also offer specialty lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more. Pair your beverage with a delicious flaky pastries, or opt for a snack board complete with crackers, cheese, and fruit or hummus. You also have to try the rice cereal treat!
