Halloween will arrive a little early in Manchester as the town holds a special trick-or-treating event on Saturday, Oct. 28. Between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., pint-sized locals are invited to don their Halloween costume, then stop by participating downtown shops for an assortment of sweets and treats.
The day has more fun in store, including a comedy magic show at the Mary Cheney Library, a chalk drawing activity at Center Memorial Park, and pumpkin painting at the Manchester Antiques Mall. While you stroll around downtown Manchester, keep your eyes peeled for the scarecrow displays, part of the Downtown Scarecrow Display and Contest. All events are free to attend, so don't miss out!
