‘Tis the season for outdoor fun and games. Soak up the sun and get outside during the Pride of Manchester Concert in the Park on June 3! Pride of Manchester is a city-wide event that celebrates everything Manchester with events all week long. This year, the festival will celebrate its 26th anniversary, and there will be fun festivities for everyone.
One of the favorites has always been the concert. This year the show will kick off at 6 p.m. at Center Memorial Park behind the Mary Cheney Library. First up, you’ll be serenaded by sweet melodies from C.A.S.T. Children's Theater. Next, a hometown band called Cover to Cover will take over for the evening. Comprised of only locals, the band has a repertoire that will keep you singing and dancing the night away under the stars. Pack a picnic, or grab food from the food trucks that will be on-site to complete the evening.
